HOW TO SEND US YOUR FOOTWEAR OR BAG
Once you'd made your order via the website, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions including the content below. Please follow the steps below to send back your footwear to our repairs workshop.
1. Put your Barbour footwear or bag(s) in a secure parcel or any sufficient shipping packaging (this is not provided by Barbour Repairs).
2. Download your pre-paid shipping label here, print it out and attach it to your parcel. NB: You will need your order number to hand which can be found in the subject of your confirmation email (since you will need to fill out some details before you can retrieve the label).
3. Don't have a printer? No problem - Royal Mail can scan your QR code and print your label for you when you drop off your parcel.
4. Drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail post office. Find your nearest location here.
Your item(s) will be returned to you via UPS looking as good as new.
Shipping prices
Shipping is free on all UK mainland orders over £50. For orders below £50, shipping is £5.99 for two-way carriage. Return delivery to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Highlands is £6.99.
