How do I get my Barbour item repaired?

Find the repair service you'd like, add it to basket and checkout. Securely package your item with order confirmation, name, and address. Download pre-paid shipping label, print & attach. No printer? Royal Mail can print label with QR code. Drop off at any Royal Mail post office. Your item will be repaired and returned to you.

What if the repair I need isn't listed on the website?

We’re here for custom repairs, too. Tell us what you need through our contact form and we’ll work with you on a bespoke quote.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all UK mainland orders over £50. For orders below £50, shipping is £5.99 for two-way carriage. Return delivery to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Highlands is £6.99.
