Select the repair you need, add it to your basket and check out. You can add as many as you need to one or multiple items.

2. Post your item

Package up your item and send it to us via Royal Mail, using the pre-paid postage label. You can either print this yourself or scan the QR code in the Post Office.

Make sure you've included your order confirmation, including your order number, name and address.

If sending footwear in for repair, please send the pair - do not send footwear individually.

3. We'll work our magic

We’ll expertly repair and restore your item to get it looking like new. This usually takes less than three weeks.

4. Welcome it home

We’ll deliver your Barbour item safely back to you, ready for another round of adventures.

How do I get my Barbour item repaired?

Find the repair service you'd like, add it to basket and checkout. Securely package your item with order confirmation, name, and address. Download pre-paid shipping label, print & attach. No printer? Royal Mail can print label with QR code. Drop off at any Royal Mail post office. Your item will be repaired and returned to you.
